This is the summary of TUAD special study in 1999. We studied on our university’s future idea, especially a virtual university, a distance-education and relationship between our university and the local community and the local industries. In the conclusion our university must become a core of regional knowledge,and we must distribute our knowledge and studies by internet technologies,and we need to help localcommunities and local industries bring up to new industries, new talents of new industries, and venture companies. For that we have to consider the curriculum, teaching a class, and evaluation systems.
