| 内容記述 | 今、第４次ベンチャーブームと言われる。第３次はインターネットが商用に解禁された1995年頃からであった。すなわち、第４次は多くの生活者がスマホを持ち常時インターネットの接続されている時代であり、またAI等が各所で利用される本格的なインターネット時代に入りつつある時である。今、転職を志向しない若者とICTを活用したベンチャーを志す者、若者の間で二極化が起こっている。人口が減少し廃業率が高い地方において起業は地方創生の切り札である。起業を志す若者の裾野を広げるための手段として、企業経営層の鞄持ちを学生たちに実施した。学生たちは、経営者、企業経営の素顔を知り、起業や経営の社会的な意義を理解した。学生起業への意欲を高める効果が認められたと考えている。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | Today it is called the 4th Venture Boom. The third is around 1995, when the Internet became commercially available. In other words, the fourth is the era in which many consumers have smartphones and are always connected to the Internet, and the era of full-scale Internet where AI and the like are used in various places has arrived. Today, there are young people who do not want to change jobs and young people who want to start a business using ICT. There is a polarization among young people. Entrepreneurship is the key to regional revitalization in areas with declining population and high closure rates. As a means of expanding the base of young people who want to start a business, we gave students a chance to be the company president’s personal assistant. The students learned the true face of business owners and business management, and understood the entrepreneurial spirit and the social importance of management. I think the effect of motivating students to start a business was recognized. | |||||
